Holigan Land Development is the complete developer. We start with the raw piece of land, obtain the necessary entitlements, design the project, build the property and maintain it until all sales are complete.

Development services - We take the vision and bring it to fruition. At Holigan Land Development, we let the “builders” do what they do best - build homes, while our company takes care of the rest. We manage the land planning, the engineering, the building, the vendor relationships and the construction all the way through the completion of the project. Holigan Land Development can create projects on our land, or yours, to our specifications or yours - it’s up to you as our client.
