The Shops at Prestonwood is a mixed-use development concept that will be located on 43 acres in the heart of one of Dallas Ft. Worth’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

The Shops at Prestonwood will feature a number of components that are essential for a vibrant urban village with lifestyle elements that are highly attractive to a broad range of commercial and residential tenants. The community will be self-contained and self-sufficient, with upscale townhomes residences, retail shops, restaurants, offices and facilities for living, working and playing.

The master plan includes a park with walking paths, a creek and pond and tree-lined streetscapes. The Shops at Prestonwood is located adjacent to the spectacular Prestonwood Baptist Church campus, approximately ¼ mile from the Dallas Tollway, ¼ mile from the President George Bush Turnpike that will be located between three major roadways. This area will contain a central square and broad promenade for shoppers, local residents and visitors.
